Westerbeke Ranch Wedding

In the land of always perfect weddings (I’m talking to you, CA), this pretty little Westerbeke Ranch affair is shining BRIGHTLY.  Think soft pastel hues, all kinds of amazing (+ rustic chic) details and one seriously breathtaking setting.  It’s the kind of day we’ve come to expect from the Golden State with enough pretty to fill your entire evening.  See it captured by Kate Harrison in the full gallery.

From Kate Harrison Photography… After their first date, Kim & Ben spent 40 days straight together. They were married at Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma–a beautiful, spacious retreat with cottages & adobes. It’s a place that brings relaxation–50 of Kim and Ben’s closest friends stayed with them on site the whole weekend and they started their wedding day by offering a yoga class to them. Friends helped fold paper cranes that were hung for the ceremony. Kim & Ben had many home made items and did all the print design. Kim is a graphic designer and created the invites, menu and signage. They both made terrariums that were placed throughout and beautifully complimented The Cutting Garden at Flora Grubb’s arrangements. Favors were tiny organic tomato seeds in tiny vials. Blankets were on the lawn, encouraging guests to sit and relax. Their goal was to create a feeling of a curiosity shop with little trinkets strew about the tables. Their colors were metallic, mint and peach.
