Rustic Elegance in Beaver Creek at Red Sky Ranch

Erin Hearts Court never fails to capture weddings in a way that makes our heart sing the prettiest of songs. So when we get the chance to take a peek at a party as seen through their talented lens, we stop everything we are doing – because we know we are in for something special. And special doesn’t even begin to describe this gorgeous fête. Equal parts romantic and elegant, this gallery is too good to miss.

From the Bride…From the moment Nick and I got engaged, we set our hearts on a destination wedding. Being married amidst a naturally beautiful location surrounded by our closest family and friends sounded perfect. Our vision was to create a joyful and romantic affair that reflected us both, and Beaver Creek, Colorado was just the place! Nick and I took our very first vacation together to meet my family at our home in the mountains, so this particular place has created so many memorable moments and promised more in our future, starting with our wedding.

To make every experience memorable for our guests, we placed welcome bags in each hotel room that included a booklet of our favorite activities and restaurants, savory snacks and goodies. For our ceremony and reception, the Red Sky Ranch lent its breathtaking landscape full of Aspen trees, boastful blooms and a majestic mountain range for our perfect day. Just before sunset, guests were given vintage paper umbrellas and seated on an intimate plateau facing a floral archway overlooking the mountains. A classical string quartet serenaded everyone for our ceremony and continued through the cocktail hour. Shortly after the sun said farewell, guests were escorted to dine underneath a billowy blush colored tent that suspended birch wood chandeliers adorned with softly colored flowers and candles. At each place setting we put a token of our affection and after some tearful and heartfelt speeches from our loved ones, a full band took center stage to kick off our evening. Besides the dance floor, our custom ice bar, carved with our logo of intertwined initials, became a very popular place for our fun loving crowd to gather. Serving two signature cocktails, one peach and one chocolate, there wasn’t a hand without the company of one of these delicious drinks. Our coordinator Jen at I Do Weddings gave us an evening that we will never forget, and capturing each moment was and Erin and Courtney from Erin Hearts Court. As the evening came to an end, our loved ones showered us with confetti and sent us off in a vintage Mercedes where Nick and I drove into the mountainside and off to our honeymoon in Anguilla.
