Country Elegance at Bootjack Ranch from Ruddock Photography

I may call New England home now, but there is still a big part of me that will always be proud I grew up in the south. Especially when I see a wedding like this one from Ruddock Photography. It reminds me of why southern weddings are so special – yes they are filled to the brim with details, but more importantly, they are focused on family and friends. And that just warms my heart right up. Because not only is this wedding lovely, it’s full of love, and that’s the best detail of all. See it all here.

From Ruddock PhotographyNot even waking up to one of the worst cold fronts in West-Texas could pull the warmth out of this amazing country wedding. Photographed by Ruddock Photography and set against the beautiful backdrop of BootJack Ranch in Goldthwaite, TX, this intimate country wedding had it all: hay rides, a ceremony under two giant Oaks, a horse and carriage, and a whole lot of love. The entire wedding had a pure, country feel to it, and Brookes’ handmade details and her mother’s homemade, individual apple pies gave southern style and warmth a whole new meaning.
