It's a recipe filled with amazing vendors like Tic Tock Florals and Details Details, a penchant for classic beauty and images by Jessica Claire that showcase the coming together of all those pretty parts. From the Bride...Brent might say it was love at first sight, but when we first met, I just thought of him as a close friend of my brothers and cousin.  A year later, after they continued to encourage me to go out with him, I finally decided to give in and it was the best decision of my life. After our first date, I never wanted to spend a minute away from him. He was everything I ever thought I wanted in a partner, and everything I never knew someone could be.  He brings out the best in me and complements me in every facet of my life. When I am by his side, I feel secure and comforted. He is my true Romeo.

For me and Brent, the wedding process was more than we had anticipated - planning for 500 people is not easy!  We always knew that no matter what we wanted to get married outside while the sun was going down. We chose the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena because of the gorgeous lawn area that faces the sunset.  We knew the Spanish Mission style of the hotel would mesh perfectly with our  desire to have a rustic garden theme - the simplicities of both really drew us to the venue.

We had been following the events done by Eddie Zaratsian of Tic Tock Florals and knew that he could nail our vision. Our favorite aspects designed by Tic Tock were the beautiful chuppa, the seating card table and the hedge/flower combination at the edge of the stage and dance floor. The venue and floral setup, combined with the sun going down, really set the stage for an incredible night.  There was such great energy during the ceremony - especially when our family and friends were dancing down the aisle to songs we had selected for them - which peaked when Brent and I read our vows to each other.  As soon as the ceremony was done we had the best time dancing, laughing and singing the night away. Pats provided delicious food for the entire evening, from the appetizers to the four course dinner to the late night kobe sliders and fries - everyone was raving about the catering!

Our siblings gave memorable speeches that spoke volumes of their love for us and really commemorated the evening.  I think our favorite part of the night was our last dance.  We were both so exhausted, but we also didn't ever want the song, or the night, to end. Looking back at the exceptional pictures that Jessica Claire took throughout the night (including our favorite which was a last shot of the night as the elevator doors were closing) and the wonderful video shot by James Reid of Manifest Videography has ensured that we can watch the very best images of our incredible night for all of our years together.
