Nantucket Wedding Round Up

This time of year, when heat waves are the norm and escaping it is always top of mind, I can’t help but dream of catching a ferry every Friday to the beautiful island of Nantucket. There is no question that it is magical, and we are lucky enough at SMP HQ to be just a hop, skip, and a jump away. And although I won’t be lining up for the fast ferry this weekend, I thought it could be fun to get lost in some Grey Lady lovely today as a little virtual vacation so to speak. Care to join?

We featured this beauty at the White Elephant last week and it has been on my mind ever since. It’s overflowing with lovely blooms thanks to  Soiree Floral, and the images from Zofia & Co? They’re divine. See the full wedding here.

An intimate wedding at The Chanticleer is basically my dream come true. Perfectly old school Nantucket. Well, I took one look at the images sitting pretty in this post from Henry + Mac, and it’s safe to say I was smitten from the start. Oh, and that bouquet? It’s DIY. I know, amazing. I absolutely adored the sweet simplicity of this Nantucket fête at the White Elephant. It had that effortless elegance I love so much about the island and Austin Gros was able to snap up some seriously frame-worthy shots. It’s perfection from start to finish (and every moment in between). See the full wedding here.

If there was ever a wedding I wished I pulled an invite to, it would be this Nantucket wedding at Whales Watch I. Overflowing with perfect peonies from Soiree Floral and so.much.love, I’m absolutely positive their guests are still swooning over this wedding today. See the full wedding here.

I love a classic wedding. I think that’s pretty clear by now. But a classic wedding on Nantucket at the Sankaty Head Golf Club? Well, that’s when you hit my wedding sweet spot. The images from Katie Kaizer Photography make me feel like I was there smelling the sweet salt air while I sip on champagne, making this wedding swoon-worthy for sure. See the full wedding here.

Last, but certainly not least, is this beauty from Bruce Plotkin Photography. It’s sweetness from start to finish, and filled to the brim with all things Nantucket, making it a fine way to wrap up this round up. See the full wedding here.
