Chicago Wedding at the Ivy Room from Studio Starling + LOLA Event Productions

Sometimes weddings just make my heart happy. Ok, they always do, but when I stumble on a wedding like this one from Studio Starling my heart gets so happy I feel like I was part of all the pretty dreamt up by LOLA Event Productions. It’s the way this duo can’t stop smiling, and the sweet vintage feeling that fills this gallery – but most of all it’s the love that seems to circle around their every move, and you can see it all unfold right here.

From Studio StarlingStacey started the day with a Coca-Cola, her favorite drink, and as always Todd started his day with a laugh and a smile. Stacey & Todd brought along a blindfold for the first look, and at the James Hotel we mixed things up by having Todd sit on a sofa for their first look. The couple was excited to go out on a windy day to the lake, to be photographed at the beach in their his & hers boat shoes. We also traveled to Lincoln Park, where the couple became King Arthur and Queen Guinevere pretending that Grant’s Memorial was their castle. Then, on to the ceremony and reception, where a lips and moustache topped cake by Alliance Bakery was admired and Todd and his mother ripped up the dance floor with their moves. The rest of the evening was shared with fun friends and family as the toasts were had with, of course, mini bottles of Coca Cola.
