Vintage Farm Wedding from James Paul Correia + Monique Simone Photography

Nothing makes me smile brighter than a beautiful wedding, especially when its a beautiful wedding chock-full of vintage details and set against a breathtaking farm setting.  That’s what I call my “happy place” and this darling day from James Paul Correia + Monique Simone is taking me there in pretty, pretty instant with its DIY stylings, stunning bride and groom and downright gorgeous florals.  Even better?  It was a serious labor of love by a (breathtaking) bride who really knows a thing or two weaving personality into her big day.  See it all in full gallery.

From James Paul CorreiaJeannie and Johan had a wedding like I’ve never seen; they wanted a vintage feel to the wedding and they nailed it. The beautiful little city of Ormstown, Quebec (just outside of Montreal) was the perfect backdrop. From St. Paul’s United Church for the ceremony to La Ferme d’Andre for the reception, it all came together like pieces of a puzzle. But the best part was the reception decor. Jeannie brought in a number of vintage items, such as a film projector, a typewriter, luggages, an old map to indicate table seating, and even an assortment of vintage dishwear. It was like a museum!

The day started at the family’s picture perfect home where the ladies got ready. Jeannie and Johan then got into their vintage Cadillac for the creative photosession; starting with an homage to their love for rugby.
