There are engagement sessions and then there is this gem of a shoot captured by Marvin Tsai Photography, which is like one of the coolest combos of oh-so-chic apparel, beautiful florals + design (thank you, Paperie Sheep) and two adorable lovebirds you ever will see. (Seriously.) It’s a drop-dead gorgeous day set against a breathtaking Fullerton backdrop and it’s filling our galleries with beauty. Join me there to soak in every last ounce of pretty.
From Marvin Tsai Photography… Oralia and Javier were excited to be part of a styled engagement shoot. Little did she realize that Javier was already planning to propose to her! Nothing is as natural in a photography session when you pair up two people in love. We had a mix of dress up and casual.
Oralia found her dress at Nordstrom and shoes from Aldo while her fiancee Javier shopped at H&M. Shopping at the simplest everyday stores allowed them to just be who they are.
I’ve worked with Betty of Paperie Sheep on other weddings. Her specialty is letterpress for wedding invitations, table decor, etc. She’s also great at putting together a vision of what Oralia and Javier wanted. How often do you get to see a couple so joyously sharing a cup of tea!
