Scissors



Fold tissue paper in half and cut down the middle fold

Fringe tissue paper leaving approximately 2 inches from the top of each sheet.

Apply glue to the top of each sheet of tissue paper and glue tissue paper to the top of the plywood.

Continue all the way down  until you’ve filled the plywood board!
