From the Bride… Having found Inkspot Crow through Style Me Pretty, it’s exciting to have a chance to have our own video featured! When we first got engaged, I knew I didn’t want the stress that goes along with a traditional wedding, so we quickly decided that destination was the way to go for us.  After picking an all-inclusive resort, I became worried that our wedding would be very canned – that it wouldn’t have enough of our own personal touches.  It took a bit more planning, packing and effort, but I worked with the hotel and was able to add some personal touches, both to the ceremony and the reception.  My very sweet cousin, who was unable to make the ceremony, really wanted to contribute, so I gave her the tedious task of stringing the cranes and beads together for our ceremony back-drop.  She pulled it off with very little instruction and absolutely no complaining.  They turned out even better than I had imagined!  Our love of travel combined with the fact that it was a destination wedding, made for an unofficial “travel theme”. My maid of honor and I, who live 4 hours apart, worked on the table “numbers” and escort cards over the Christmas Holidays, long weekends, and even a few last-minute changes the day before! Having the people I love the most contribute to the decor made the day that much more special.  I knew they could look around and really feel like they contributed to our special day.
