St-Germain Signature Cocktail Inspired by Rustic Beauty

If you ask us, when it comes to a thoughtfully crafted wedding, the signature cocktail is just as important as the dress or the centerpieces. It really sets the tone for the evening and can add a stylized flair to the wedding menu. And who better to team-up with for all things cocktail than St-Germain? They are our go-to for everything from filling our bar carts to toasting life’s many celebrations. And now they’re adding to their awesomeness by offering customized signature drinks for your very own wedding.

Whether you’re planning a fete set on the shores of Nantucket or the mountains of Colorado, St-Germain has just the cocktail for you. We’ve explored a vintage glamor number, nautical-inspired cocktails, a sipper perfect for the most romantic of weddings and now we’re ready to go a bit more rustic. The inspiration for our final dance with St-Germain came from a ceremony amongst the trees with lots of sunshine and crisp fall air. Think natural elements paired with vintage camping pieces and pops of plaid. The result is a relaxed and down-to-earth party with Grand Autumn as its shining star of the cocktail hour.

For our spin on the Grand Autumn, we served it up in rustic vintage thermoses wrapped with a cocktail menu (more on that later!) and added a sprig of pine for a mountainy feel. Not only is the resulting cocktail insanely delicious but it fits right into perfectly rustic surroundings.

Now that you have the cocktail set for your upcoming festivities, it’s time to roll up those sleeves and add a dash of personality to the menu. This DIY is meant for wrapping around vintage thermoses and it goes a long way with infusing style. Meet the Faux-Bois Thermos Wraps. Cute, right? And for even more inspiration for all things signature cocktail, check out St-Germain’s board over on our Pinterest page. Cheers!

Trim your paper to be 8.5″x17″ so it will fit in your printer and print out the wraps.

Trim the wraps along the guidelines. Wrap around each thermos and mark with a pencil where they overlap. Use the scissors to trim off the excess wrap.

Tape the wraps securely to the thermoses. Hand out to guests with pencils and settle in for a very fun evening!
