Los Angeles Elopement from Haya Culture

There are elopements and then there is this breathtaking Los Angeles affair, which is pretty much the chicest elopement you will ever lay your eyes upon (seriously), all with a decidedly vintage twist. Intrigued?  Well, you should be.  Because this darling duo took their fab creative skills (she’s a talented interior designer and he’s an incredible photog) and molded a day that simply screams amazing, from the DIY florals to the stunning Los Angeles County Museum of Art locale to one incredibly gorgeous Alice + Olivia dress.  All captured by Keven Harris (the bride’s father!) for Haya Culture, this is one day you just.can’t.miss.  See it all right here.

From the Bride… Striking contemporary architecture paired with vintage deco buildings and engaging exhibitions made for the inspired elopement of a creative couple like us. A warm December day, bright blue sky and tons of “unofficial guests” set the mood for a playful afternoon at the museum. Scenes of our Southern California wedding shoot show us walking in step across the Resnick Pavillion known as “an acre of art,” conversing inside Jesus Rafael Soto’s Penetrabile sculpture: 20,000 linear feet of spaghetti-like suspended plastic tubing, and illustrating the scale of the 340 ton granite boulder: “Levitated Mass” a rock which was transported from my (Sana’s) home town for the exhibit. We left LACMA feeling energized and carefree. We couldn’t have asked for a day more beautiful!
