Augusta, Georgia Wedding from Ashley Seawell Photography

I’m a girl who loves tradition. It warms my heart, and is one of the many reasons classic weddings like this beauty captured by Ashley Seawell Photography make me weak in the knees. It’s timeless perfection – with the Bride’s gorgeous lace veil and elegant bridal style – and it perfectly proves why a classic soiree will always hold a big spot in my wedding-loving heart. See it all here.

From Ashley Seawell… Rebekah and John invited their guests to celebrate in the bride’s hometown of Augusta.  Their meaningful ceremony took place in her home church and a lovely reception followed at the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art (the bride was actually their director at the time of her marriage).  This art museum was the perfect choice for their desire of a thoughtful and intimate reception.  Peonies and garden roses were used throughout the day.  After the couple’s engagement, Rebekah’s family collected vintage dessert plates.  They were a beautiful addition to the cake table and will continue to serve as an heirloom for their family.  [dotted]
