Byron Bay Wedding from Scout and Charm + Bush Turkey Studios

Before I even start to gush about all the lovely in this wedding styled to perfection by Scout and Charm and captured by Bush Turkey Studios, I am going to tell you that setting aside some time today to soak up all the inspiration in this gallery is a must. Because it’s all simply too pretty to pass up. It’s detail after detail of pure prettiness, and it’s all waiting for you right here.

From Scout and Charm… Jodie and Ian contacted us as they were currently living and working in London and had decided to return home to Australia to exchange their vows. They had chosen the magnificent and highly recommended venue “Verandahs” which is a private estate located in Coorabell, just outside of the infamous Byron Bay. Verandahs just oozes opulence and its manicured lawns made the perfect backdrop for the English garden theme that we were trying to achieve.

This was such a beautiful wedding to be apart of and the attention to detail was next to none. Everywhere you turned their was gorgeous features and detail! From the “Happy Tears” hankies at the entrance to the ceremony, to the personalised tags hanging from the parasols purchased to shade guests. There was even a vintage garden swing, adorned with a “Just Married” sign, the perfect prop for the bride and grooms photos.

Their ceremony styling was made up of a free standing lace curtain frame which was draped in garlands of babies breath and peach coloured roses. The aisle made up of mis-matched wrought iron chairs each with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers tied to them.

On the lawns were gorgeous wrought iron tables and chairs for guests to sit amongst as they drank, dined and danced under the stars. A special mention has to be made about the dessert bar which was literally to die for! With a hanging chandelier from the tree above it was overflowing with deliciousness! The ladies from Scout and Charm styled the desserts using vintage plate ware and lots of gorgeous blooms! Guests were even given a hand stamped teaspoon with “xoxo” on it as a gift from the bride and groom. We hope you enjoy these amazing pictures captured by the talented Agi from Bush Turkey Photography as much as we did.
