Announcing the 2013 Jose Villa Photography Workshop

It’s no secret that we adore absolutely anything and everything Jose Villa touches and with good reason; he’s one of the most wildly talented photographers we’ve ever come across. And that wild talent is paired with an incredibly gracious attitude that makes him all the more lovable. Now channel all that goodness into a five day learning extravaganza surrounded by creatives from all over the planet and the beautiful surroundings of Hacienda El Carmen and you have the Jose Villa Mexico Workshop with registration now open for 2013. Have a look at some of the beauty captured by Jose from last year’s workshop and even more right here in the full gallery.

The mix of talents like design and styling by Lisa Vorce and Mindy Rice, gorgeous hair and makeup by Mar of Team Hair and Makeup, cinematography by Joel Serrato and a handful of awesome speakers (including our very own Abby Larson!) are added to the mix for a knowledge packed and totally unforgettable five days. And we haven’t even mentioned the students! Have a look at this collection of student work put together by Jose and Julie Song Ink.

Now on to the juicy details, all of which can be found right here. Hope to see you there! We’ve got our sunnies packed and our cameras ready. And you probably don’t need anymore persuasion but just in case we’ll leave you with one last tid bit… Hacienda El Carmen makes a mean margarita. xoxo
