Philadelphia Wedding from mk Photography + Proud to Plan

Unparalleled beauty. mk Photography produces unparalleled beauty every single time that camera is picked up. And today is no exception. That camera and the talent behind it were guests at a Philadelphia wedding so perfect, it could have only been planned by Proud to Plan (it was) and so beautiful, it could only belong to a couple so in love. From the photographer… Julie is loyal, thoughtful and unique; her favorite foods are cupcakes, cookies and chocolate and her hobbies include baseball and fashion. She lives by the words, “There’s no crying in baseball.” David is dedicated, funny and resourceful; he enjoys brewing his own beer and cooking. His motto is, “Last words are for fools who haven’t said enough.”

The two met in a Wharton college legal studies class where they ended up in the same debate group. Nothing like a little healthy banter to bring two people together! Their first date was an intense battle of rockband for Xbox at David’s house, after which Julie went out and bought her own Xbox…the battles continue to this day.

The idea for Julie and David’s wedding was “Timeless Elegance.” They danced to “More than Words” by Extreme because they thought it was funny; these two don’t take themselves too seriously and enjoy laughing together. After the wedding they jetted away to their honeymoon in Hawaii where I’m sure this laid back and fun couple had a blast with lots of laughs!
