This lucky couple is surrounded by so many who love and support them and they had no shortage of helping hands when it came to crafting all those pretty, little touches they saw on Pinterest. From the Bride… We had been planning for the big day for almost a year, so when the day finally arrived we were both so excited! In the beginning, we knew that we wanted to focus the day around our faith and celebrate with our family and church community who have supported and loved us throughout our lives. Blue and green were the main colors of the day with touches of pink in the floral arrangements. Blue is the groom’s favorite color, and green is the Father-of-the-Bride’s favorite color. The common design theme was navy chevron. We worked with the groom’s cousin so custom design all paper products, including invitations, programs, menu cards, table numbers, and escort cards, with the chevron pattern.
We are so blessed to have an amazing family and supportive church community that helped in every aspect of the planning process – helping make fun and festive elements including hand-made ribbon sticks and home-made props all inspired by Pinterest. All the family boutineers were hand-made with bright pink roses and florals.
All in all, all the planning revolved around the goal to celebrate this occasion and have FUN with our family and community from all over the world – and we did! All the coordination and details came off beautifully all thanks to our wedding party, house party, and helpers/coordinators. We couldn’t have asked for more!
