Glamping Engagement Session from Infused Studios

If there’s one trend I can get down with, it’s definitely glamping. You know, roughing it in a totally glamorous fashion. And when you throw in some fabulous vintage accessories, an adorable couple, and pretty images from Infused Studios, you have yourself one on-trend and oh-so-pretty e-session. From  Infused Studios… Jenn remembers seeing Randy at various parties & events thrown by mutual friends. Randy doesn’t. It’s not that he was ignoring her, but he was (in his own words) ‘shy and clueless.’ During their friend’s wedding rehearsal, Randy finally noticed Jenn, who was doing a reading. Thanks to the rather hard time given to her by a Church helper, Randy + Jenn’s love story started.

During the reception, Randy asked Jenn to dance & that was the spark. They kept in touch after the wedding via Facebook & a couple of weeks later, Randy drove up from Calgary to Edmonton to take Jenn out to celebrate her birthday. In Jenn’s words, “it was the best first date ever!”

For their engagement session, they came up with the idea of glamorous camping because it combined their love of the finer things in life with a new-found shared love of the outdoors (thanks to Randy, Jenn no longer hates camping). The glamour of a by-gone age is recaptured with vintage accessories, a retro colour palette & a focus on simply being together & spending time with Randy’s dog, Mika.

From the Bride… My most memorable moment was when I saw the different sets that Christina put together for the first time. When Randy and I came up with the idea of glamorous camping, we could not have imagined that it would have turned out as amazingly as it did. Especially the one setup in the trees with the wine and the chair and the large parasol. It was the most beautiful and inspiring little moment of the whole day. If it was up to me, we’d still be there lounging amongst the trees!
