This shoot dreamt up by Lyndsey Hamilton Events, Rebecca Shepherd and The Stylish Bride at Stonover Farm? It’s basically my dream. Barn chic with some 60’s glamour thrown in for the after party, how can you go wrong? It’s perfect part elegant and whimsical – leaving us with one inspiring gallery of images from Elisabeth Millay, which you can see right here.
From Lyndsey Hamilton Events… We chose an incredible location in the Berkshires: Stonover Farm, located in Lenox, Massachusetts, which has an amazing barn, ideal for our Winter Shoot. The concept was industrial farm with a dash of whimsy. The Randi Rahm dress was perfect for the theme, with an adorable white fur cape sourced by stylist Julie Sabatino. The lucite accessories provided some throwback 1960s glamour. We wanted to keep the flowers simple, lots of white and green, with vintage containers. The furniture was from rEvlove by Kingston Design Co. The pieces were perfect for the aesthetic of the barn, with a zinc top custom 12 ft. barn-board bar for the reception area and barn board tables, and scattered over-sized white lanterns throughout the space. The leather butterfly chairs and raw wood side tables beautifully complimented the more causal outdoor “after-party” area.
