This bride and groom really thought of everything to ensure their guests had spectacular memories of their wedding! In the Now Weddings + Events organized pre-ceremony pink lemonade, a stunning view for the vows, custom-printed charger plates for place cards, and the list goes on! From Amanda of In the Now Weddings + Events… Claire and Steve are the best of the best! Taking care of the guests was top priority for this couple. From the pre-ceremony sparkling beverage station, which boasted individual bottles of custom-labeled, pink, sparking lemonade, to the late-night, tray-passed, fresh-baked cookies, this couple took the time to think of the guests’ experience from beginning to end! They knew exactly what they liked and wanted, and that makes my job so easy and fun. They yearned for a classy, oceanside event that would really wow their friends and family (around 75% of them had traveled cross-country to join in the day). Their “quintessential classy California wedding” turned out flawlessly with the help of our amazing vendor team. The venue, which we custom-named “Amore Immortale” for their event (to keep it a surprise from guests, and also to ensure it reflected the way we felt about the day) was the perfect backdrop with its panoramic ocean view and Tuscan style. It was the first decision that was made in the planning process, and it set the tone for the rest of the details to fall into place!
Some of our favorite details: custom charger plates for place cards, adorned with the guest’s name in gold vinyl; each place setting held a menu card and favor box designed to follow suit with their invitations; the three bars were customized by adding a monogrammed floral and name piece; their custom cake and dessert bar; a lounge area with amazing, Tuscan/modern-style furniture held customized pillows bearing the name and wedding date of the couple; and gorgeous crystal stemware was complemented with a silk napkin and brooch accent at each guest’s setting.
