Massachusetts Yacht Club Wedding from Hannah Persson Photo

When it comes to nautical affairs, Massachusetts has that old world seaside feel on lock-down. But this particular wedding is a bit different. It’s nautical in the prettiest of ways and layered with a few modern details that give it a fresh new feel. Succulents and terrariums mixed with the most beautiful oceanfront yacht club and images by Hannah Persson that are sure to inspire many a beach wedding; east and west coast alike. See it all right here.

From the Bride… There was no question Justin and I immediately knew we wanted to have our wedding at Eastern Point Yacht Club in Gloucester, MA, “America’s Oldest Seaport”.  When our guests arrived they were treated to a beautiful old New England residence and grounds overlooking its lighthouse, sail boat moorings and jetty.  On such a beautiful day, Boston’s skyline was visible on the horizon.  My mother, June, tirelessly grew succulents, tamed topiaries and designed a tablescape tying in our nautical theme.  My father, Irving, made homemade tin light boxes of our R&J initials that hung in the tent.  We were so happy and fortunate to have such love go into and attend our wedding.
