Can you possibly think of anything more romantic than eloping to Maui with your love? This laid back couple decided they wanted nothing to do with planning a big wedding so they hopped on a plane and spent their wedding day with one another. From the Bride… Syed and I wanted a destination wedding because we really wanted to stay away from planning and having a big wedding. We wanted something very intimate, informal, and relaxed. Living in Pennsylvania, we look for any excuse to plan a beach vacation. We decided on getting married in Maui because this particular island seemed to offer exactly what we wanted…beautiful beaches; quite, small towns; great sunrises and sunsets. We were very happy with how our wedding day went. It stopped raining for that day and Makena Cove was completely empty except for us…making it perfectly intimate and relaxed.
