Maui Beach Wedding from Wendy Laurel

Maui is a beautiful, beautiful place – especially when seen through the lens of Wendy Laurel.  I am fairly certain her breathtaking images are the sole reason for many a Hawaiian wedding and this intimate beach affair is certainly no exception.  Crazy gorgeous and literally overflowing with romance (seriously), it’s the epitome of island matrimony – casual, yet elegant, seaside nuptials and a whole lot of dancing on the beach.  See it all here.

From the Bride… Two years ago Nick and I came to Maui together and fell in love. Coming from the hustle bustle of San Francisco, we knew that Maui would be the perfect place to have an intimate wedding and to share that special day with our close family and friends. And we were right! The day, and the whole trip, was an absolute dream and we can’t wait to get back.

From Wendy LaurelThey got ready at the oceanfront Wailea condominiums, had their ceremony at Polo Beach in Wailea, and then continued on to Gannon’s in Wailea for their reception dinner. The bride’s father passed away several years ago but she wore the Mickey Mouse watch he gave her in the ceremony so he could be there with her.
