White, green and gold. Quite possibly the most elegant, yet wonderfully understated color palette and it’s safe to say that I am utterly smitten with just about anything that comes in those glorious hues. It just doesn’t get better. The perfect mix of natural with metallics, this rehearsal dinner at the Summerour Studio from Pink Shoe Photography is abundant in all this palette’s beauty and you can see every bit in the gallery right here.

From Pink Shoe Photography… Marion and Nick are one of those couples that everyone wants to know. Their energy and love for each other is radiant, and their rehearsal dinner at Summerour Studios echoed that. The space was classically decorated with white and green floral arrangements, silver accents and crisp, natural-colored linens. The couple welcomed their friends and family with a signature cocktail of Kentucky Bourbon slushes. They were served in Derby glasses from the groom’s parents’ and grandparents’ collections, which date back to early 1950’s — a wonderful homage to the groom’s home state of Kentucky. Bold America catered the dinner and also made the groom’s cake. The tennis-themed cake was because he played at UVA (where the bride and groom met), won four ACC championships and was captain of the team. The guests were dressed to the nines, with whiskey slushes in hand, and the bride was stunning in her Nicole Miller dress. And it just wouldn’t be right if we didn’t mention her fabulous Dolce Vita shoes! The rehearsal dinner was a beautiful beginning to a magical wedding weekend.
