I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but I totally want to crawl inside this wedding and live there forever. It's simple, elegant and full of so many gorgeous details that I could die a happy wedding blogger if I never laid my eyes on another wedding. It's formal, yet not stuffy and I'm oh-so in love. First Comes Love Photo had the pleasure of capturing all the timeless beauty this wedding has to offer and you can see even more from this fabulous day right here.

From the Bride... I really wanted the wedding to be classic and timeless — I wanted to be able to look back on the pictures and not gasp at the color choices or style. When we finally decided to have the wedding in the city, as opposed to Napa, we definitely thought it would be fun to have a formal wedding. Once we landed on the Flood Mansion, there was no question we would have the men wear black ties. We just loved the architecture and views, and we wanted to do it justice with a formal event. At the same time, we didn't want the wedding to feel stuffy, so we tried to play relaxing and happy music, and keep the service elegant but not overly fancy. Since we got married in the spring, we wanted to incorporate light green floral elements. Shannon's vision for casual elegance is captured by our concept, entitled "Secret Garden." We chose our venue for the architecture, the view, and the fabulous location!

We loved every part of our wedding! I loved the group picture, the ceremony and the speeches. I also LOVED dancing the Hora with all our guests. It was so wonderful to see all our friends and family from different stages in our lives, and different parts of the country, come together to dance the traditional Jewish wedding dance. I expected to be a lot more nervous and stressed, but the whole day was so wonderful and full of happiness. I wish I could travel back in time and attend my wedding as a guest so I could enjoy the company of our friends and family even more. Our favorite vendors were Alison Bank of First Comes Love Photo, our wedding coordinator, Shannon Leahy, and our wonderful band, The Floorshakers. My advice for brides is to enjoy every moment because it is true that the day goes too fast!
