Growing up, going to Beano’s Cabin was a family tradition and is also where Scott popped the question. We figured it was only fitting to be married there as well and used the backdrop of Beaver Creek and the surrounding mountains to set the tone for our big day. We drew from the natural rustic beauty & were inspired by Aspen trees, vintage mountain images and merged gold and rhinestone accents with a subtle western style to create a formal feeling that still reflected “us.” Starting with a beautiful letterpress invitation suite and custom monogram (used throughout), there were elegant & rustic vintage details laced throughout the weekend. Hanging hand written escort cards on Aspen trees, grand chandeliers made of antlers, wooden reception chairs, cozy plaid fabrics, pops of bright red in the flowers and glowing lanterns over the dance floor… everything merged together perfectly for our sentimental ceremony & the big party to follow. Octoberfest was going on in the village that weekend as well and was part of our “wedding weekend” activities. Our guests spent the weekend taking in the gorgeous weather and getting to know each other which meant so much to Scott and I, as these are all of the dearest people in our lives. The weekend as a whole and our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect!
