Crazy in love. That’s the only way to describe my complete and utter devotion to this gorgeous Vancouver wedding, because, well. Nothing else will really do. Because this is a love that started when I first laid eyes on that beautiful bouquet by Celsia Florist and continued right on down to the stunning bride’s amazing Badgley Mischka shoes. From Spread Love Events… Greg and Aisling were married at the Brock House in Vancouver. This was a stunning backdrop for a couple that loves the beach. The inspiration for their wedding day came from this love for summer and the beach. They wanted their wedding day to be fun, personal, beachy and elegant. The bright hues of turquoise, coral, pink and orange created a gorgeous summer color palette. Small details such as seashells at each place setting infused the beach theme with elegance. The ceremony was held under a simple birch arbor accented with sandblasted twigs and gorgeous pink roses. This was the perfect accent to an already-spectacular backdrop. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne on the lawn while taking in the breathtaking views Vancouver’s beach and mountains. A cocktail lounge was created and accented with fuchsia, coral and turquoise pillows, and a gorgeous vintage dresser painted turquoise served as the guest book table. The party really started with a bang as the Symphony of Fire, an annual fireworks show in Vancouver, just happened to fall on the night of the wedding. Sparks flew overhead and the couple and their guests enjoyed a gorgeous fireworks display on the beach. It was a gorgeous wedding filled with love, laughter and lots of dancing!
