From Christine Choi Photography… From the first time I met this couple, laughter was what made them unique. They just got each others’ jokes and laughed and laughed. While we were doing their engagement photos, the laughter didn’t stop until I asked Joe about his dad. And he quietly said that his father passed away two months ago. He started to tear up, and Tami, who was standing a few feet away, walked over to him and gently held his face and kissed him. Their wedding was a fun, relaxed affair in Houston, Texas and was a true reflection of them — simple, elegant and full of heart. And the memory of Joe’s father was never too far away. Tami turned one of Joe’s dad’s favorite shirts into a bear, and Joe’s mom carried the bear as she was escorted into the wedding ceremony. Joe was incredibly touched by the idea, and this was just one more reason why Joe knew Tami was the one.
