And just like that, I am obsessed. There are no words for how fast my heart fluttered when I first set sight on this shoot. Not a one. It’s everything I swoon over day in and day out captured in the dreamiest way by the talented Leila Brewster. With the gorgeous island of Nantucket serving as the perfect of backdrop for Desiree Spinner Events and Ariel Dearie Flower to work their design magic while lovely ladies frolicked in Claire Pettibone frocks – it all seems like a something that would visit me in my dreams, and I couldn’t be more thrilled that it’s photo shoot reality right here in the full gallery!
From Be Inspired PR… We wanted to show some classic Nantucket red colors but also some fun “in-season” summer colors such as mint and peach. We placed the table away from the house with signs following a trail up to the dunes as a fun activity for them to participate in. Nantucket has such a gorgeous landscape with the ocean, sand, beach grass, evergreens and dunes we thought placing the table amongst it was the perfect place to soak in the scenery. The menu is a traditional clambake with a modern flair. We have some classic nautical items on the table such as an oil lantern but also some natural and organic flowers with local bread wrapped in napkins. We wanted the table to be girly and preppy!
