Three cheers for this stylish bride and her stop-in-your-tracks GORGEOUS headpiece! Simply Stunning. While we are at it, let’s give her a few more cheers – because let’s be real, it is be-YOND. From Jessica Morrisy Photography… Chris is a resident New Yorker, and Matt is a transplant from the UK. They were introduced via a blind date, and the rest was history. The two decided to exchange vows and celebrate at their gorgeous, bayside vacation home in Oceanport, New Jersey. Chris arrived to say her vows on the dock, by way of boat. Guests were asked to wear fascinators to bring in some UK style. The couple also Incorporated many of the things they love, such as beer from Matt’s favorite pub and homemade infused liquor, which was poured by the drink mixologist. They also had a cheese spread with amazing cheeses from all their travels that they dedicated to the guests they experienced them with. They also had fish and chips in served in London newspaper.
Chris’ engagement ring was also a super cool — a fox estate ring, or “James” as they call it. They integrated the fox into the invites and beer spread. Chris also ordered a custom stamp and created personalized napkins, tied each with twine and embellished with wild flowers. Oh and I have to mention … they both shared the same last name prior to marriage! So Chris did not have to worry about changing hers — instead it became a fun detail with wine barrels and toy cars that said McCarthy. Loved every detail.
