Santa Rosa Wedding at Paradise Ridge Winery by Andria Lo Photography

Hello gorgeous California prettiness! Your sunny state always makes me swoon, and it seems to host the most stylish soirees. Enter this pretty party by Andria Lo Photography. It holds all the things I love about a California fête – style, personality and loads of sun-infused images, and you can see it all right here.

From the Bride… When I first laid eyes on Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa, I could envision getting married at this amazing venue. Jimmy and I both loved the relaxed feel, sweeping views and, most of all, the big oak tree in front of the winery. What made our day extra-special for us were personal details made with love by good friends. My maid of honor is a graphic designer who designed, hand-lettered and letterpressed the parallelogram invitations. We also incorporated the parallelogram element in the table runners, programs, lighting and cake. My accountant/chocolatier bridesmaid handmade hundreds of salted, dark chocolate caramels as our favors, which we coined “Sweet and Salty Chu’s” and paired with an illustration from the groom. Jimmy is a dancer, so we incorporated song and dance in every part of the wedding. We danced down the aisle, the mother-son dance became a mother-son cha cha, and the wedding party learned choreography to kick off the after-party. We wanted to infuse a fun vibe and a bit of the unexpected throughout the day. All in all, the labor of love of planning our own wedding was absolutely worth it, and I could not have asked for a more joyous and personal day!
