Oh my goodness, do I LOVE this Vancouver e-shoot by Nordica Photography. Or as they like to awesomely call it, a “Document You” session. (Brilliant.) From the Bride-to-Be… We hadn’t planned on doing an engagement session, but our photographers Cole and Jakob of Nordica Photography sent us some examples of their “Document You” sessions, and we were sold. As the name implies, Cole and Jakob try to capture couples in their true element in these sessions, keeping it as real and natural as possible. We loved the idea of having photographs that reflected our every day life together. We decided to start off the shoot in our downtown Vancouver apartment, which we renovated together when we moved in a couple of years ago. Of course, our little dog Trevor (who our lives tend to revolve around!) had a big part as well! We moved on to our local dog park/beach in English Bay, where we typically walk our dog at least two or three times per week (one of the many reasons why we love Vancouver!). Seeing the end result of the shoot has made us that much more excited for our upcoming wedding!
