This wedding is so fabulous it hurts. A gorgeous couple marrying each other in their unbelievable Newport Beach home. So much style, it’s kind of ridiculous in such a beautiful way. A whole day planned by White Orchid Productions, designed to keep me clicking through every image from Tikko Weddings over and over. Trying to decide the most beautiful element. It’s pretty much impossible, but the gallery gives your lots of stunning to feast your eyes on!
From White Orchid Productions … Their story started with an amazing proposal. The groom surprised the bride with a Duffy Cruise in the bay, a Ferrari ride and a suite at Pelican Hill where it was completely covered with roses and candles. The groom “tricked” the bride with a David Yurman cocktail ring on the Duffy Cruise and it wasn’t until arriving at Pelican Hill did he present her with the engagement ring and proposal.
The best words to describe the wedding would be: contemporary, clean, intimate – fresh natural colors (green and white). The bride and friends dressed across the bay from their home at the Balboa Bay Club and also took some photos on the property before boarding the couple’s private boat to home for the wedding ceremony. They held the ceremony in their living room/patio space of their loft in Newport Beach and the reception was held across the street at the Cannery Restaurant where guests dined overlooking the water. The decor was kept simple, utilizing mostly white hydrangea, white roses, & green cymbidium orchids with the focus on great food and an intimate celebration with their closest family and friends.
