It is only fitting that we celebrate today by gazing at this all-American Thomas Bennett House wedding. Luke Wilson Special Events made sure no nuance of Southern charm went without a nod (hi, cotton boutonnières), and blended them like a perfect strawberry banana smoothie with classic prep. From Olivia Griffin Photography… I always love it when I am able to photograph a wedding in Charleston. The food is always amazing, the weather is warm, the people are kind, and the buildings are rich with history. Meredith and Will’s wedding was no exception. Since both the bride and groom’s families would have to travel for the wedding, they decide to just pick the most beautiful city nearby and have a classic southern wedding … and that’s exactly what happened. Looking through Meredith and Will’s photographs, I found there was nothing particularly trendy about it. It was a truly classy southern wedding complete with monogramming, seersucker and Tory Burch. It doesn’t get any more southern than that. I hope that you will find the same charm that I do in these photographs from such a unique part of the country.
