Dripping Springs Wedding at Camp Lucy by Al Gawlik Photography

This adorable couple was wed on Earth Day and was inspired to keep everything, down to the littlest of details, totally eco-friendly. Everything they used was either recycled, reusable or plantable and the outcome is total vintage gorgeous! Al Gawlik Photography captured all the pretty details created by the bride and there’s so much more here in the full gallery.

From the Bride… Not long after we became engaged, I started planning our wedding at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs for the upcoming early spring season. I had a vision to have a vintage-chic meets eco-friendly wedding and wanted to use only recycled, reusable, and plantable products. Even our invitations and RSVP’s were plantable, as well as our favors. We were married on a Sunday, April 22 2012: EARTH DAY! It was a beautiful day for an outdoor reception, and everything turned out perfectly! Having had carefully picked out every detail, from which flowers to use to designing the cake, it all turned out better than I could have imagined — we couldn’t have been happier with all of our vendors that we used. We had all of our family there and a majority of our friends — we even had Buford the bulldog. :) I’m a huge fan of color,  so to be able to incorporate different colors that you don’t always see together (sea foam green, yellow and peach), and having it turn out so pretty all together was beyond amazing! I loved the color blocking bridesmaid’s dresses that I picked out — they all looked so pretty in them!
