Boston Harbor Engagement Session by (once like a spark) photography

I.Love.Engagement Photos. They’re a perfect opportunity to bridge the gap from when cupid strikes to married life and the best way to document one of the most fun times in a couple’s relationship. Speaking of fun, how adorably head over heels does this couple look in these classic yet fresh photos by (once like a spark) photography. I don’t know about you, but I can’t stop gawking at the bride-to-be’s uh-mazing ballerina flats (and overall mad sense of style). There are so many more great shots from the session you shouldn’t miss. Head over to the full gallery for more.

From the Bride-to-Be… When looking for a photographer for our engagement and wedding, I knew I wanted something journalistic. I also wanted something that was hip without being overly buried in trends — something fresh and modern, yet still sophisticated. After finding (once like a spark) photography, I knew we had found our match. My first thought was to style a shoot using elements of our relationship — for example, John used a chalkboard in his proposal, which could have easily made an appearance. In the end, we decided to keep it simple. We wanted our relationship to speak for itself, and we decided props would only get in the way of the things that really matter. What we ended up with is a beautiful story that represents many layers of our relationship. We are grateful to Graham and to (once like a spark) for capturing our feelings in such a fresh, organic way.
