The only thing better than getting hitched in scenic Sonoma is a wedding at a breathtaking location owned by your family. That’s exactly what this couple did at Buckeye Ranch with the help of Blissful Events. It’s tough to take your eyes of all of the never ending miles of natural beauty, but the bride’s lacy Monique Lhuillier dress makes it easier. From Blissful Events… Nicole and Luke had an amazing destination wedding at their family’s plant nursery in Sonoma County, California. The idea of this wedding was fun, fun, fun with family and friends! The couple spent every moment they could embracing this magical day. There was dancing, fireworks and a cupcake fight (all in good fun, of course!). The couple wanted to make sure that their guests were going to be happy and comfortable all night, so they provided organic food throughout the evening, flip flops for the hike to the ceremony location so the ladies didn’t ruin their heels and a fire pit to hover around when it got chilly. Nicole and Luke wanted to share their lives with their guests. They brought in Luke’s favorite cookies from Hong Kong, where he lived as a child. Luke brewed his own beer on tap for guests to enjoy. Nicole and her family made all the flowers at the nursery. This was truly a fabulous day all around!
