From the Bride… We had just finished dinner and cocktails at Cruise Bar. We were walking around the Quay when he stopped in front of the ECQ bar balcony, got down on one knee and proposed. When I said yes, there was an enormous cheer from a crowd looking down from the ECQ bar … and then I realised it was our close family and friends watching. (Lucky I said yes!) Mark had secretly organised this, including my family having my family travel from interstate! We then proceeded upstairs to join the party to celebrate. It was lovely — very exciting and emotional to see our loved ones there too.
