Dallas Ranch Engagement Session by Sarah Kate Photographer

I have a HUGE soft spot in my heart for this engagement session by Sarah Kate. The images are, of course, drop dead gorgeous, life-infused beauties – that goes without saying, but this ranch setting is just something you can make up. It’s the perfect backdrop for this completely in love couple and when you throw in a pony or two…I’m sold. See it all here!

From the Bride-to-Be… I had given up on dating. I was tired of the first date awkwardness, the second date break-up conversation even though you weren’t actually in a relationship. I had enjoyed getting to know these guys, but since Mr. Right had not made an appearance, I was ready for a break. I got a call from one of my mom’s closest friends that she wanted to give my number to a “very nice young man.” I told her I was not interested, but she convinced me to give it one last try. A few weeks later, I walked into Buzz Brews to meet this “very nice young man” for coffee… Coffee, dinner and three-and-a-half hours later, everything had changed.  For the first time, I did not want the date to end. I was nervous that he wouldn’t call again, and he was so different from anyone I had ever met. He is such a gentleman and was intentional from the very beginning. From that moment on, we continued to date and by month two, we both knew that we were in love. Shortly after that he told me that he wanted to marry me, and I told him that I could not imagine it any other way. Eight months later we were engaged. We could not be more excited about our June wedding, but more importantly, getting to spend the rest of our lives together. We are thankful to God for His faithfulness and blessings, and for good ole’ matchmaking!
