Pasadena Wedding by Wayne Yuan Photography

If ever there was a wedding to literally knock.you.off.your.feet, this, my friends, is IT.  Yep, this traditional stunner by Wayne Yuan Photography is about as amazing as it gets with its pretty pink and yellow color palette, dazzling florals by La Petite Gardenia, the fabulous stylings of Fresh Events Company and one very breathtaking setting, aka The Langham Huntington.  Swoon.  Plus, with a bride (who also happens to be the owner of one very awesome photo booth company, Sweet Booths) rockin’ an ah.mazing gown she designed herself AND a pair of ruffly pink heels, trust me, it just doesn’t get any better than this.  Click here for more.

Oh, and we’re not done yet.  We have one very amazing film from Imagique Weddings to share with you and it will most definitely leave you swooning for the rest of your Tuesday.  And how awesome is that?!?  Enjoy!

From Amanda Ma of Fresh Events CompanyWhen Anna and Jeremy decided on their gorgeous wedding venue, The Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, it really set the tone and style of the wedding. Known for its beautiful property and superb service, it was a great choice to start with. When I met with the couple, we started with a slightly different color palette. However, as the wedding progressed, it transitioned into something that represented Anna and Jeremy even more. We ended with a color palette of soft pink + soft yellow + ivory with a hint of fuchsia here and there, accented with faux fuchsia peonies from our own collection.

We kept the ceremony simple with a “less is more” approach, keeping the focus on the bride and groom and adorable bridesmaids. It was held on the back lawn of the Langham with magnificent green gardens, palm trees, and a majestic view of the hotel as the backdrop. The bride and wedding party entered from two curved staircases flanking the ceremony site, meeting the groom and their guests at the bottom of the staircase for the ceremony. Despite the heat, it was a touching ceremony with more than enough irresistible tears from Jeremy (who claimed he was not a crier!).

One of my favorite things when it comes to weddings is when clients include aspects of their personality and interests into the wedding. So we brought a Pinkberry station to the wedding! They shared what they loved with the people they loved, and it was a hit. Now that is what I call a celebration! We used gold chiavari chairs at the reception to complement the elegant white lines of the room. Soft pink uplights completed the look and added a touch of color. Everything (especially the bride) was beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect for Anna and Jeremy’s big day. I am so grateful to have been part of this special moment and helped make their dreams come true!
