Elegant Austin Wedding from Eclectic Images Photography

Vintage cake toppers have discovered the most direct route to this girls heart. So obviously, this Texas Wedding, seen through the lens of Eclectic Images Photography, has wiggled right in. The bride and groom went for a vintage feel with elegance tucked neatly into every little detail, including one of the best collections of adorable cake adornments we’ve seen in a while. Simon Lee Bakery even created a perfectly sweet cake to sit under one of the porcelain couples. Check out Eclectic Images’ blog for more!

From the bride … Richard and I met in college, where I was the Dream Girl of his fraternity for two years. When we kissed for the first time, he told me he felt fireworks. Fittingly, he proposed on July 4, 2008 during fireworks.

We wanted a vintage modern feel. I wanted touches of old incorporated with new. I love vintage, but I have a special place in my heart for just timeless elegance. I used my grandmother’s cake topper, vintage pins for the bouquet with name pins of the important women in our families. I also used vintage cake toppers as décor on the tables. We had a piano player instead to keep with the old world feel.
