Park Wedding by Stacy Reeves Photography

This wedding is truly one of the sweetest I’ve come across in a long, long time. It is a testament to what weddings are REALLY about, the love between two people. Jacqueline and Danny decided to “elope” to a local park by their home and what followed is so sweet and so full of sentiment. It sort of makes me want to do it all over again with just my husband and a park…oh and an amazing photographer like Stacy Reeves who captured all of the pretty images of this day. You can see the full wedding and more of the sweet, sweet moments here!

From Stacy Reeves:

Jacqueline, the bride, works at a spa, so naturally when it came to her wedding day, she wanted everything to be calm, serene, and stressless. To accomplish that, she and Danny chose to elope. However, instead of flying off to flashy Vegas or a beachside resort, they stayed close to home. Their ceremony was held at a gorgeous local park where they took their dogs for walks on many of their first dates (and still do so today), and they incorporated several things that were special to them – Jacqueline’s heirloom necklace, handfasting (an Irish tradition to honor Danny’s Irish heritage), and of course their two dogs. Their wedding shows you don’t have to have a crowd of people and a room full of expensive decor to have a beautiful, meaningful wedding.
