Valentine’s Inspiration From Cunningham Photo Artists

Just another day or so until Valentine’s Day ~ one more day that our family has a legitimate excuse to consume way too much chocolate, decorate a holiday mantle one last time (until next Christmas rolls around) … and to throw around a whole lot of “I Love You’s!”  To help us kick off Valentine’s weekend are the dynamic Little Black Book duo of Casey & Drea Cunningham!  They’ve shared some of the  fun, fun, fun pics from their recent Passion Party that should really get you in the Valentine’s mood!

While I work on getting you more of the images together, here’s a word from the Cunningham’s on the inspiration for their party …

Having recently completed renovations on our first gallery, we were overwhelmed with the support and love of our clients who have made following our passions possible. We wanted to throw a party for them but as our gallery is intimate in size, we couldn’t invite everyone at once so we brainstormed with our lovely neighbor, cake designer Amy Craparo, and came up with the quarterly concept of entertaining our clients on a personal level. We enlisted fellow LBB members, super star planner Ivy Robinson for her innovative and fun approach to events. We had stationery and a red guestbook donated from LBB member Salutations Fine Stationery to create a sign in area and a Love Letter Station. We then asked the amazing Jay Lubigbhl of In Bloom Ltd to fill our space with his floral elegance and whimsy and topped the whole event off with amazing bites from Passion 8 Bistro. We made DIY projects like a Flirtini Station (recipe to follow), Photo Ribbon Displays and of course snapped photos and rolled video while chatting and celebrating with guests. While it was cold and rainy outside there was definitely a warm and exciting feeling in our spaces. All the guests who attended left smiling and happy and the guests who have yet to be invited are so excited for our next celebration of love.

So stayed tuned for more lovelies from Drea & Casey’s Passion Party … coming up this Valentine’s weekend!

For those of you who are eager to see more of it (like now)  … you can feast your eyes on lots of the pics on their blog, along with some DIY details from Ivy Robinson and Casey’s recipe for his famous Flirtinis!
