Real Wedding: Laura and Joshua

I have to admit, I have a bit of a girl crush on today’s bride. She is not only drop dead gorgeous, she has a style that is one part glam, one part sweet and sophisticated. A perfect combination. Plus, the affair took place in the beautiful Australia, a place that I am becoming more and more obsessed with as I start to see so much Aussie style and innovation in the weddings that I’ve received….

It was a very special time for us, having our families come together and to share love that brought us through some really tough times.Around the time I was born my dad had a horrific motor bike accident which left his leg disabled from bending his knee, and causing alot of pain. 22 years later, with modern medicine and a lengthy process with a wait list, Dad’s operation was scheduled less than 2 weeks before my wedding. However it didn’t stop him from walking me down the aisle. Josh confessed, when he saw me he ‘nearly bawled his eyes’, in response Dad had said ‘Me too.

So much more to come!
