Real Wedding: Kim and Alex, IV

Here are a few more bits of eye candy from Amy and Alex’s St. Helena affair…

The teeny tiny crystal chandeliers, the small, monochromatic pink flowers (with the bridal bouquets being used as a centerpiece), the simple table cards…everything is gorgeous. Lisa Lefkowitz did an incredible job capturing the magic of the evening, the details that made the entire wedding really sparkle.

Some tips if you are NOT having your wedding at a private residence that is naturally this gorgeous…

-White linens paired with simple white china look gorgeous when accented with small, pink hued centerpieces set in pedestal bowls. For that same look, with a Southern twist, use three silver mint julep cups. Make sure to vary the pinks a bit so as to add depth and dimension to your look.

-Make simple table cards using card stock from Paper Source. You can cut the top white piece to be slightly smaller (about 1/4 – 1/2″ total on top and 1/4 – 1/2″ total on bottom), then use double sided table to adhere it to the bottom chocolate brown stock. Use a small frame stand to prop it up.

-Add a bit of sparkle by hanging chandelier tea light holders with heavy duty fishing wire. OR, if there isn’t a place to hang a chandelier, tuck glitzy huricane vases or tea lights in among your flowers.
