From We Are The Mitchells…. We could not adore this couple or their wedding more. Emily, a crafty bride with a heart of gold, wanted a focus on handmade items that still look full and that held lots of meaning. Eric, ever the craftsmen, hand created many of the wood elements throughout the wedding, including signs and centerpieces! Emily enlisted the help of her talented friends to help create all of the decor items, including invitation and paper goods by Helen Stackhouse, who was also serving as a bridesmaid that day!

With custom home brews to hand out as favors, a nod to their love of craft beer, and a late night cigar bar for Eric and his boys, the entire affair felt like a great party to celebrate with their closest friends. We especially loved their unique color palette, a soft dusty lilac with a focus on wild and free feeling arrangements. It could not have tied in more perfectly with Emily + Eric’s free-spirited personalities and love for adventure. This went down as one of our favorite weddings of all time.
