Monochromatic Newburyport Wedding

Can we just talk about this Sperry Tent for a sec? It's adorned with the prettiest capiz-shell chandeliers (my fave) and all-white details from the chairs and table decor to the beautiful drapery. It's an east-coast wedding dream from Corinna Raznikov that has my heart aflutter. See every fresh detail...

Danvers Wedding at Glen Magna Farms from Arielle Doneson Photography

This is one of those weddings that just sort of soothes your soul.  One of those weddings where crazy gorgeous blooms from Spruce Floral and fabulous vintage stylings join forces with a Glen Magna Farms setting that can only be described as amazing.  It's also one of those weddings that simply screams HAPPY.  With a bride and groom who are so in love and so full of joy...

Wentworth By The Sea From Boston Wedding Films

Before I head out for the day to start (yes, start) my Christmas shopping, I wanted to begin our Holiday Film Fest! Over the next two weeks, we're going to be bringing you wedding film after wedding film to drool and envy over ... to make you get serious about all the different styles of film making choices that are "out there" and to simply remind you what this whole glorious business is all about!

Backyard Chic Wedding by Spruce Floral, III

Thank you so very much to John and Nikki, of the FABULOUS Spruce Floral, for letting us showcase their wonderful wedding on SMP. It's backyard chic to perfection.

John is actually one of the founders of the incredible floral studio, Spruce, here in Boston. They did my own wedding so I have had a love affair with all things Spruce for a long time. I am...

Family Style Wedding by Spruce, II

I am always so interested in seeing how wedding vendors plan their OWN weddings. You would think that they would design these over-the-top, incredible affairs as they have access to the best of the best of the best. But most of the time, it's the exact opposite. The designers that I've seen host small, intimate gatherings with an emphasis on great food, good wine, simple decor and their closest friends and family.

Which is exactly what my own florist and...

Family Style Wedding by Spruce Floral

If there is one vendor that I worked with during my entire wedding planning process that I fell madly in love with, it was my unbelievably talented florist, Sarah Miles (now Matteson) of Spruce Floral.

I remember telling Sarah that if my wedding was a room in my house, it would have an old wingback sofa recovered in some great vintage fabric , accessorized with graphic pillows to update the look. She responded by saying that...
