"Almond Corner"

Hungarian Langos

Lángos is a deep fried flat bread that is served warm and usually topped with sour cream and grated cheese or garlic butter (a fabulous combination, if you ask me!) Traditonally, this dish was made from leftover bread dough and baked in a brick oven. White Asparagus Ravioli from Almond Corner
