As much as I have been (im)patiently waiting on the warm summer sunshine, there’s really nothing quite like a romantic winter affair. And one that is rich in gorgeous details, beautiful blooms from Tamara Menges Designs and soft candlelight… well, even better. Because this is the kind of day that sends your temps skyrocketing, no matter the season. See it all captured by Kimberly Chau right here.
From Kimberly Chau… Kathleen and Thomas met through a mutual friend in college. Thomas proposed to Kathleen the day before Thanksgiving in front of the Sam Houston statue at Hermann Park.
Kathleen chose to have a gorgeous winter wedding at Agave Estates. It was unique and beautiful and tucked away in Old Katy. The venue had a warm, organic feeling. And I loved how Kathleen personalized it with her own color palette including cream, black, and with hints of metallics.
I absolutely enjoyed photographing this wedding, especially the First Look. Thank you Kathleen and Thomas for choosing me to capture these moments for you!
