From Nostalgia Film…We were so thrilled that we got to capture Super 8 film and HD video of Liisa and Matt’s wedding. Such a sweet and fun couple, they hail from Chicago, Illinois, and had their wedding at the gorgeous Star Hill Ranch in the Texas Hill Country. This wedding was full of love and happiness and had such a comfortable and creative vibe. Liisa even letterpressed her own stunning invitations!
As if I didn’t like this couple enough already, during the toasts, I found out Liisa and I share a favorite holiday–Halloween. The couple met at a Halloween party. In the same spirit of fun, the groom and his groomsmen enacted a classic movie scene with me, that you’ll see for yourself above. And this is the only wedding I’ve been to where someone broke out the worm the dance floor!
Liisa and Matt, we feel so lucky to have been a part of your wedding, and we wish you a lifetime of fun and happiness together!

I agree- I love brides in glasses and wedding parties in cowboy boots. And the Super 8 video really takes wedding memories to a whole new level! You get so much more of a sense of who the couples are and how that was reflected in their wedding day than from photos alone. Great job by Nostalgia Film!
